Ty and Lindsay Buffington October 13th Update

Hello! We've been home now for just over 2 weeks and it has been wonderful! Very crazy, but we're getting things worked out!

Ty has been doing so good at home! He's made tremendous improvements in the last 2 weeks! He loves being home and we love having him home!

Lindsay has had a hard time adjusting to being home. Everything that could change for her has changed. So she has not adjusted to being home yet, but we're working with her to help her and she's making improvements!

We have nurses that come in to our house to help take care of Ty. So far everything has been really good. There's only been a couple of little bumps but nothing that we couldn't handle. Also we've been getting all the supplies that Ty needs as well as getting the equipment set up. There have been some moderate problems with all of that, but we've just about got that straightened out too.

We're all getting used to everything. I think that we're doing good though. It's just a matter of getting used to how things have to be now. Hopefully we'll look back in a few years and all of this stuff will be gone and Ty and Lindsay will be running around ruling the neighborhood!!!

Please continue to pray for us as we get everything figured out. We just have to be super careful over the next year to make sure that Ty stays as healthy as possible. That means making some sacrifices... we won't be able to travel at all and will have a very limited number of visitors. But once we're through all this it will be so wonderful!
